I Get All The News I Need On The Weather Report {2}

Dear Readers :

Today for the first time in 5 days and probably only the fourth or fifth time since I got here Jan 7  the sun came out in Guangzhou. It’s been extremely unseasonably cold and rainy here. I celebrated today by taking my bum knee and very painful arthritic body on a 12 mile hike. It was a fun day of urban exploring. The Italian lunch I had didn’t hurt either. The pictures of the day are below. I hope you enjoy them.

This is D.D. speaking. Last evening I took a stroll with C.C. , S.T. and Fred through the non touristy sections of Guangzhou. We couldn’t help but notice how Guangzhou and probably all of China is losing it’s Chinese flavor in a furious mad dash to development. Check out the pictures and I think you’ll understand what I mean.

Siamen Island At Night.

This is D.D. speaking. Last evening I went out for a stroll around Siamen with S.T. Trust me when I tell you that Siamen is a very romantic place. Now normally being a female personna I like that but last night I was working hard to try and get you these videos. S.T. however had other ideas. All night long I had to fight him off from trying to get into my auto-focus. I’m telling you it sucks being female sometimes !!!
